Terms of a pre-checked mortgage

  • Property is 100% residential.
  • Pre-checked mortgage is possible, for now, only if income is derived from salaried employment.
  • The amount issued may change upon issuance of a final energy label.
  • For a purchase price higher than € 750,000, a maximum of 95% may be financed versus value home.
  • Annual leasehold obligation lowers maximum mortgage amount.
  • The maximum amount issued may differ if financing is or is not available with National Mortgage Guarantee.
  • In case of a negative listing with the BKR or customer survey CDD, issuing pre-checked mortgage or using the certificate is not possible and will be withdrawn as such.
  • Notification requirement when income situation changes.
  • When taking out a personal loan or income drop, the amount issued reduces.
  • The certificate issued is valid only in conjunction with the named certified broker.
  • Redemption takes place through a signed contract of sale by seller and buyer and an accepted appraisal report without details.
